In 1991, Georgio Brown, along with VJ D, founded The Coolout Network, a public access television show that would go down in history as the official documentation of the blossoming of Seattle’s hip-hop scene. On air from 1991 until 2007, and active online since, Coolout’s archives present a lovingly curated glimpse in the history of Hip Hop culture in the northwest.
