206 Zulu is thrilled to welcome Eric “E-Rok” Depusoy as the newest member of the 206 Zulu Board of Directors!!

E-Rok cemented his legacy within the 1990s Seattle Hip Hop scene through mixtapes, hip hop shows, nightclubs, and radio. Known for his top choice music selections and skilled DJ abilities in mixing, scratching, and beat juggling.
As the founder of the Tech Styles DJ battles, E-Rok played a critical role in advancing turntablism and nourishing the DJ battle scene within the local Northwest community.
E-Rok’s impact extends beyond performance. Through workshops, educational initiatives, and collaborations with institutions like Seattle’s Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), he has helped bring DJ culture into classrooms and public spaces, making the art form more accessible to aspiring creatives.
Decades later, DJ E-Rok remains a highly respected veteran and a cultural ambassador for Seattle hip hop, celebrated for his enduring dedication to Hip Hop DJing.
We are delighted and honored to have E-Rok with us as we navigate through new and exciting times!
